Adam - with respect - you are a policy maker, not an engineer. You are in no way qualified to make these statements. What you are proposing is not simple nor straightforward given the status of the existing infrastructure.


If you are making a statement as an engineer, I apologize. And, if this *is* the case, then I would like to better understand how we would best implement such a process inside a blind n-tier system that primarily consists of API driven client/server transactions in a heterogeneous network and computing environment.
