[gnso-whois-wg] statement of interest -- possible tweak

When I first submitted my statement of interest, I was uncertain of the
interpretation of "interested parties in Whois" in point #3.

I saw my domain registrations as qualifying me as an interested party
because I am a customer of a registrar and as such I have interests in the
privacy characteristics of Whois data, as they affect my registrations and
my own personal privacy as a natural person.

If this is a correct interpretation, then leave my statement as is.

If instead this is aimed at only registries, registrars, ISPs, hosting
services etc., not including generic 2LD registrants, then my response for
point #3 should be "None".
