Hi Folks,
Further to our meeting last night, please find the recommended
question types below.
- Multiple choice (Radio boxes) - up to 8 options
- Check boxes (Possible to select more than 1 option) - up to 8
options. Please indicate if you would like to limit the maximum
selected options.
- Ranks (Scale of 1-10 or 1-5)
- Drop Down menus (Up to 20 options)
- Text (Please indicate if characters should be limited, and if so,
how many characters)
- Yes/No/Skip (ideally, this is the same as radio boxes)
I kindly request that :
* We try to reduce the number of questions and also avoid the open
ended questions (that require text boxes) as much as possible since
its difficult to analyze them.
* If your question has added explanation that you want to appear in a
popup, please put that explanation in italics, I will do the
necessary.
* We have all the revised questions by 13th Feb (Next Monday) so that
I have 1 week to enter them into the survey tool and test by 20th Feb.
In the mean time, I will continue working on the tool to incorporate
the other requested features like possibility to continue later, etc.
Kind Regards,
Wilson
