[gnso-whoissurvey-dt] WSWG - Draft Survey Test Control Group

Greetings,

 

At some point over last few weeks, you were recommended by a colleague to be
a part of a test control group for a draft WHOIS Survey WG (WSWG).  The WG's
main objective is:

 

..to draft, implement, and analyze the results of a survey measuring the
level of support for various technical requirements outlined in the GNSO
WHOIS Service Requirement Report
(http://gnso.icann.org/issues/whois/whois-service-requirements-final-report-
29jul10-en.pdf).  The WHOIS Survey Working Group will produce a Report to be
delivered to the GNSO Council describing the results of the survey and
recommendations for next steps for the GNSO Council's consideration
concerning the WHOIS service requirements.

 

At this stage, the WG has completed its first formal draft of the survey and
will shortly submit the draft to the GNSO Council and begin a public comment
period.  In parallel, we solicit your help to improve upon this draft given
your specific experiences with WHOIS.  For access to the survey, please

Note, you will be able to save your answers and position within the survey
should you be interrupted and need to return to complete the survey at a
later time.

 

Feedback:

In addition to gauging results of your survey entry, we are also looking for
additional feedback on question quality or omission of other pertinent
questions.  At the bottom of each section is a dialogue box where you can
provide additional feedback.  Please don't be hesitant to voice concerns or
make suggestions.  We expect that improvements to the survey text may be
needed and welcome your ideas and input.

 

Timeframe:

Please try to complete the survey by the 6th of June 2012.
