We have 8 completed responses thus far.

 

FYI, we had one issue with the survey today, which is now resolved.  Of
course, it was Antony Van Couvering that uncovered a logic issue with the
very last question that would not allow him to submit the survey.  He
contacted IT, that contacted me, and I found the root cause, which was not
easy.  At this point, I am not able to confirm if he lost his survey answers
or not.  I do not see his saved profile in the tool.  I will advise as I
learn more.
