Hi Jaime,

I did my ratings too, and also asked Marika to do, so that we would have more 
than one staff person participating.  She is more familiar with the details of 
the working groups and activities so I thought her input would be a good 
addition.  Ken is compiling the results so that we can discuss tomorrow.  I am 
pleased to be included - it helps to actually try it in order to assess the 
process.

WPM-DT Members:

I have test ratings now from the following individuals:
            Wolf
            Stephane
            Jaime
            Chuck
Olga

That is (5) and a solid number to proceed to the next group rating step.   I 
know that there are a couple more team members who have not yet submitted.

Do you recommend that I wait or proceed on the basis that we will perform our 
group session with the five who have submitted?
