[gnso-wpm-dt] UPDATE #2: WPM Revised Slide Presentation -- Nairobi Council Meeting
WPM Members: New PPT version attached with page numbers now removed! Thanks for that suggestion, Chuck. Please destroy the previous versions and PDF. If anyone needs the PDF recreated, please let me know. For those heading to Nairobi, safe journeys? Ken From: Gomes, Chuck [mailto:cgomes@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, March 03, 2010 12:18 PM To: Ken Bour; gnso-wpm-dt@xxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: [gnso-wpm-dt] UPDATE: WPM Revised Slide Presentation -- Nairobi Council Meeting Thanks Ken. Found out what my problem was: I was not in presentation mode. Slides 7 & 8 are hidden when I ran the presentation. If it is not too late, we may want to remove the page numbers so that it doesn't look like slides are missing. Chuck _____ From: owner-gnso-wpm-dt@xxxxxxxxx [mailto:owner-gnso-wpm-dt@xxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Ken Bour Sent: Wednesday, March 03, 2010 10:33 AM To: gnso-wpm-dt@xxxxxxxxx Subject: [gnso-wpm-dt] UPDATE: WPM Revised Slide Presentation -- Nairobi Council Meeting WPM Team: I incorporated Wolf?s suggestion as follows: Education & Transparency: communicates? Does that work for everyone? New version included. I also attached a PDF and, during conversion, slides 7 and 8 were automatically removed, which confirmed that they are marked appropriately in the deck. Olga ? please check that slides #7 and #8 appear HIDDEN when you open the file. They were OK for Wolf and me. I wonder if there is some file incompatibility with Chuck?s software version. I used the latest Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 to produce these slides. Depending on who provides this material to the AV Staff, it would be wise to double-check that those two slides show HIDDEN in the presentation. Unless I hear otherwise from Olga, I am going to assume that she will provide the material to ICANN since she may make a few last minute edits as she reviews and becomes comfortable with the material. I would only ask that a final copy be sent to me, at the same time, so that my Staff records are up-to-date. Also, we will be publishing the final slides on the GNSO website, probably in the Current Events section once the presentation has been given. Good luck!
