Dear GNSO Secretariat:

Please find the attached paper in response to the call for papers
about the release of new gTLDs. The paper is titled "New Way To
Squat Without Getting Caught: The Case of the $750,000 Generic
Domain Name - It's Time to Revamp the Internet Domain Name System,"
although the attachment itself is titled "New TLDs" for brevity.

This is an academic paper that investigates the current Internet
TLD and registration system and suggests a better way.

Please let me know if any more information is needed.

Sincerely,
Angela A. Stanton
