Thanks for the input and suggestions.  The list is always open to such
feedback.

Often the location is determined by the level of local support.  For
example, Tom Keller has offered to provide a venue in Frankfurt via
DENIC, and ICANN already has an office in Brussels.  No-one yet has
volunteered anything elsewhere n Europe.
