I will have the new TLDs paper completed by mid next week.  Bruce and  
I had a detailed discussion yesterday and the version I release next  
will be used as the basis for a public comment period and to seek  
input from Advisory Committees and Supporting Organisations.
The proposed meeting in late August early September will finalise the  
document for release prior to Sao Paolo which will include any  
updated constituency thoughts; public comments and other inputs.
