I also urge you to share these materials with your constituencies. Please note, in particular, the references to the public comments and other materials which have been posted since the release of the <I>Initial Report.</I></DIV><DIV><BR class="khtml-block-placeholder"></DIV><DIV>If you wish to use the Shinkuro room facility, please ensure that I have received your user name (if you've changed computers, you'll need to log on with a new user name, send it to me and I will update your invitation). The materials attached here will also be loaded into the Shinkuro room.
