Next steps:

(1)     Draft letter to the GAC

(a)     Outline process for dealing with string issues

(b)     Ask for criteria relating to controversial, political, cultural,
religious terms

(c)     Outline our timeframe for receiving comments

(d)     Subgroup of volunteers including Tina on IDN, and GAC rep to
review wording.

(e)     Still working on how to incorporate IDNs into policy development
process.

(f)     Develop letter in next 14 days

(2)     Finalise recommendations - 

(a)     post to list and discuss via teleconference

(b)     Complete analysis of public comments and respond to major themes
arising in the comments.

(c)     Create draft RFP and draft framework agreement as a reference.
Note the GNSO would not be approving the RFP or agreement, but the text
is used a reference implementation to ensure that the intent of the
recommendations are clear.

(3)     Planning for Sao Paulo

(a)     Presentation of recommendations via public workshop

(b)     Discuss with GAC draft public policy material on new gTLDs
