Colleagues

I have set out below my understanding of the group's intentions after  
our call last week.
Please let me know if your understanding differs.  Of course, also  
feel free to send me improvements to text or clarifying language for  
the Final Report.  Some members of the group undertook to provide  
"existing" language on a number of key areas -- they can come back to  
me directly as soon as that work is completed.

Key dates:

19 October -- distribute draft Final Report to staff for internal  
checking
26 October -- distribute draft Final Report to new TLDs committee for  
checking
9 November -- distribute completed Final Report to GNSO Council

16 November -- GNSO Council call to sign off Final Report

wc 20 November post and distribute Final Report to supporting  
organisations and advisory committees.
Use Final Report for further consultations with GAC, for GNSO public  
forum and for any other meetings at Sao Paolo meeting
