Hello All,

Note I will also work with Liz to update at least the text of Principles
and core recommendations by Friday 13 April based on the discussions and
new input this week.

As discussed on Saturday we do need some more help on improving the text
in the discussion part of the document to provide more justification for
the recommendations and also provide a more international perspective on
some of the legal discussion (e.g references to similar laws in
countries in other parts of the world - (e.g South America, Africa,
Asia)).

There is also value in providing some more implementation guidelines for
staff.

At this point I would like to publicly thank Dr Liz Williams for all the
work so far, and creating the latest draft of the document that
establishes a clear framework for the "Final Report" that will be
transmitted to the GNSO Council for decision.
