Thanks Robin for the work put into this.  The areas for which the NCUC
made suggestions seem to me to involve recommendations that need more
work before finalizing them so I would hope that we will spend
considerable time discussing them.  I forwarded them to the RyC list and
to the RN-WG list for comment from memb
