Kristina asked me if there was not better wording for recomm 3 regarding the 
Paris
Convention. It would be more accurate to say the following.

Examples of these principles INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE protection of 
industrial
property accorded by the PARIS CONVENTION, THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN 
RIGHTS AND THE
INTERNATIONAL COVENANT ON CIVIL AND POLITICAL RIGHTS.

Recom 6 is OK as it is now.
