[gtld-council] Agenda for New gTLD meeting - proposed

Hi,

I have tried to add timings to each of the items. We have a lot to  
do, so I thought it might be useful to limit each of the discussions  
to a fixed amount of time.  Please feel free to comment on timings as  
well as the agenda itself.
I realize that we may not finish discussion of a topic within the  
allotted time, though that is a goal.  As a suggestion, if we don't  
finish a discussion within the allotted time, Chuck and I discussed  
forming small teams, 5-6 max composed of those at variance on the  
topic as well as some who are neutral on the topic to spend a week  
(until the next meeting) working on mutually agreeable wording.  The  
topic would then be added to the next week's schedule.
I have not put #19 on this week's schedule as I understand  
discussions are still ongoing.  I will add it to the next week's  
schedule.
