RE: [gtld-council] CALL STATUS: RECOMMENDATION 20

I can do a call on Thursday after the committee call but it would be too
early to do one before the committee call because I will be getting up
at 4:30 my time for the committee call.  Not sure that a call after the
committee call will work but it might be okay depending on what
committee members think.
