As promised, here is a brief synopsis of the public comments which  
have been submitted here -- http://forum.icann.org/lists/ 
gtldfinalreport-2007/.  This summary is intended to assist the GNSO  
Council with their meeting on 6 September.
The full text of the public comments will be incorporated into the  
Board Report.
