Thanks Liz, as I understand you will include my comment in the
final document. However, assuming what you call "final wrap up"
is due later than Sept 6 or/and not intended to the Council work
on the policy itself at this stage, and given that my comment
also includes a suggested amendment to the attention of the
council, it may be practical to have it in the summary the
council will be looking at on Sept 6 (unless this is only a
formal exercise and the council is not expected to examine the
issues raised in the comments.) 

Sorry that I was not aware of the midday cut off on your side
(although the comment itself was submitted before that time
deadline, and only the confirmation took an hour longer.)
