To whom it may concern,
What is ICANN's
policy for recognition of currently operating TLDs that
may reside on other than the ICANN root? Will you expect the Chinese,
Arab, Turkish and other roots' TLDs to pay these fees and undergo your
process to be seen on the ICANN version of the world's internet?
What about those that do not seek inclusion to ICANN's
root, but choose to continue operation in their respective other root systems.
Will
you purposely allow, in full knowledge of your breech, (like with the
theft and sale of .biz five years ago) for ICANN to set up TLDs that
cause duplication and collision in the internet's inclusive
namespace?
Please give us a clear determination on these
points before TLD applications are to be solicited. We can provide for you a
complete list of all currently operating TLDs for applicants to review very
shortly at no cost to you.

Karl E. Peters, President
Top Level Domain
Association, Inc.

P.S. Looking forward to your
prompt reply...
