Opposed to variable pricing language.

I am concerned with the following language:
"ICANN shall not apply standards, policies, procedures or practices
arbitrarily, unjustifiably, or inequitably and shall not single out Registry
Operator for disparate treatment unless justified by substantial and
reasonable cause."
This could lead to existing gTLD operators such as VeriSign petitioning to
get the same treatment as new gTLDs in regards to not having a pricing cap.
This could open up the door to variable pricing, whereby registrants of
popular and/or high-earning domains would have to pay more for the same
service, simply because they can afford it.
