Comments of the Noncommercial Users Constituency
Attached are the official comments of the constituency. These comments address various issues raised by the staff implementation. In particular, the show how the staff implementation does not reflect the GNSO policy principle that recognized freedom of expression as one of the key rights that should be protected in the evaluation process. It also calls attention to a dangerous tendency to confuse ICANN restriction of TLD strings with the regulation of content on websites that might be found under those strings. Attachment:
