I am concerned with the following language:
"ICANN shall not apply standards, policies, procedures or practices
arbitrarily, unjustifiably, or inequitably and shall not single out Registry
Operator for disparate treatment unless justified by substantial and
reasonable cause."
Icann should go out of its way to create language that leaves no room for
interpretation on issues like variable pricing.
It is an issue that would turn the internet upside down and inside out.
