We would appreciate if ICANN could provide in the next draft some level of clarification as to specific provisions for community-based TLDs (hinted to in the current draft, but not devleoped in any way).

Does ICANN intend to include something like Appendix S to the current Sponsored TLD Agreements? Or just some references to the intended/ served community and the related registration restrictions, if any? Some examples could help, from existing Agreements or from completely imaginary TLDs.

We would also appreciate an indication of the presence of an Extent of Delegated Authority provision (again, as in all current Sponsored TLD Agreements), as no reference is made in the Guidebook.
