To whom it may concern,

 

Please take great consideration as ICM won the Independent Review
Process.

 

ICANN should be accountable and respect its own challenge procedures and
implemented the Panel decision in full and without delay.  ICANN should
enter into a contract with ICM immediately. Most of the suggested
process options suggested are just wasting time.
