Approve ICM Registry's .XXX application

Dear ICANN,

I am writing to ask your organization to respect the findings of the
Independent Review Panel and expeditiously enter into a contract with ICM
Registry.


ICANN has failed to demonstrate that their denial of the .xxx registry
application was well founded. Also, as declared by the independent review
panel, ICANN has not followed it's own bylaws to offer the application a
rightful opportunity.

ICANN owes the internet community a fair and responsible review of any
application. Failing to demonstrate an honest process will hinder their
regulatory powers, reputation, and credibility.

I urge you to act responsibly and fairly in a timely manner.
