I am a member of the adult entertainment industry, and have been for ten
years. I support Option # 3 of the March 26, 2010 process options submitted
by ICANN for public comment.

I do not support the creation of a .XXX sTLD and believe that the ICANN
Board was within its rights to deny ICM’s application in the 2007 Board
meeting in Lisbon.

Regardless of the option chosen, I ask that ICANN continue to consider the
widespread opposition of the sponsored community in any further decisions
concerning a .XXX sTLD.

.XXX is an attempt to cash in on the adult industry.

Major adult sites are already labeled with tools such as ICRA.org, and those
that are not are easily identified by modern search engines as such.

The 'best business practices' supposedly encouraged by the .XXX defendants
already exist, in the form of LAWS.

.XXX would cause thousands of litigations over site names that are not
trademarked, but actually established.
