Vote NO to the XXX TLD

I strongly disapprove of the ICM application to create a XXX top level
domain!
 
This proposal amounts to a veiled attempt to censor the free expression of
adult oriented content on the Internet. It does this in two ways. First, it
would require current online adult web sites to leave behind their existing
domain names and acquire new domains, thereby giving up the vital flow of
web traffic many have built up over years of being in business. Companies
would essentially have to start all over again building up an online
clientele. Second, relegating all adult sites to a single XXX TLD invites
any local jurisdiction to simple turn off access to the entire TLD if they
determine it is offensive to them. This would be a clear infringment of the
1st Ammendment right to free speech.
