"Choose option # 3"

As an affiliate program for the adult entertainment industry, my business'
foundation is internet based. If ICM's application were granted and a .XXX
sTLD were to be created it would negatively impact my business. Also it
would put ICANN in the position of creating an entity to impose regulations
and policy for the adult entertainment community-a situation that could
easily stifle what is now a robust adult entertainment internet presence.

I do not support the creation of a .XXX sTLD and believe that the ICANN
Board was well within its rights to deny ICM's application in the 2007 Board
meeting in Lisbon.

It is imperative that ICANN consider the widespread opposition from the
adult entertainment community to a .XXX sTLD as it makes its decision. For
that reason, I support Option # 3 of the March 26, 2010 process options
submitted by ICANN for public comment.

I would also like to add that I have invested in many urls that are .com and
have had them for many years. These url's are a business asset and what you
contemplate would seriously affect their value not to mention I would have
the expense of buying similar url's with the .xxx stld or dealing with
squatters and the like who happen to buy the urls (.xxx) I am a small
business not a corporation with lots of assets. If I was to sell my
business, the url's (.com) are the backbone of my companies market value.

Besides, this is all unnecessary especially in today's economy. I also
consider it a veiled attempt by the petitioner to somehow censor our
industry. As I said above you were well within your rights to deny this
application and I hope you don't fall for this veiled attempt to manipulate
your function within ICANN.

This is also a Free Speech Issue and I believe that everyone has the right
to freedom of speech.

Thank you sincerely for your consideration,

Johnnie Sanchez
