Please Vote NO to Triple X Domain

To Whom It May Concern:

I support Option #3 of the March 26, 2010, process options submitted by ICANN 
for public comment. The .XXX sponsor, ICM, never satisfied the sponsorship 
requirements and criteria for a sponsored Top Level Domain. The ICANN Board 
denied ICM's application for the .XXX TLD on the merits in an open and 
transparent forum. Please oppose ICM's proposition to establish an .XXX domain.

Pornography, in its production and in its use, is known to be linked to the 
abuse of women, teens and children, and thus, families. I feel that it is no 
less serious to be promoting pornography use on the basis of freedom of speech 
than it is to defend the speech right of a person who likes to yell, "Fire" in 
a crowded theatre. Our youngest generations are depending on us to act sensibly 
on this issue, and those who will be negatively affected will remember 
decision-makers with considerable resentment if reasonable actions are not 
taken at this point.
