Let's not make bad enough, worse!

Dear ICANN,

I support Option #3 of the March 26,
2010 process options submitted by ICANN
for public comment.

ICANN sould vote to adopt the dissenting
opinion of the Panel's Declaration on
the basis that the Board thinks that the
Panel's majority opinion was wrong and
that the Board's conduct was consistent
with ICANN's Bylaws and Articles of
Incorporation.

Our culture is not going to improve by
trying to put all of our bad eggs into
one basket.

Especially if we give express approval
to admitting really rotten eggs into the
picture.

There is no provision for keeping them
there, anyhow. It just opens the door
to the sort of thing that we don't need,
or want, in the first place.
