Dear ICANN,

I support Option #3 of the March 26, 
2010 process options submitted by 
ICANN for public comment. If there is 
a domain created for the purpose of 
xxx, then any xxx material should be 
mandated to be on that domain 
exclusively, and not shared on other 
domains. More regulations are needed 
to protect the general populace from 
accessing this material mistakenly.

Please adopt the dissenting opinion of 
the Panel's Declaration and consider 
an option that helps to make the 
internet a better place for young 
people to visit without offensive 
material. This could be accomplished 
with segregating regulations.
