To Whom It May Concern:

"I support Option #3 of the March 26, 2010, process options submitted by
ICANN for public comment. The .XXX sponsor, ICM, never satisfied the
sponsorship requirements and criteria for a sponsored Top Level Domain. The
ICANN Board denied ICM’s application for the .XXX TLD on the merits in an
open and transparent forum. Please oppose ICM’s proposition to establish an
.XXX domain."

The way I see it, establishing a .XXX domain wouldn't help solve the problem
for three reasons.

1) The pornography sites can continue to use their normal .com sites as well
as their .XXX domains, so unless a stipulation is added forcing all adult
content sites onto the .XXX domain it will only encourage the growth of such
material.

2) It will give parents a false sense of security, assuming that if they
block the .XXX domain it will solve the problem, when for reason #1 it would
only get rid of half of the problem, as the .com sites would still exist.

3) Devoting a domain entirely to adult content will only increase the
publicity and money yield of such sites. Since they would still retain their
.com sites, they would essentially be doubling their profits. And of course
this would only empower the makers of such content with additional funds,
fueling the growth of the gruesome industry.

Thank you for reading this and listening to my opinion, and I urge you to
take it under consideration and not create a .XXX domain.

Sincerely,
Thomas Yee
