Triple-X domain a triple bad idea

Dear ICANN,

I support Option #3 of the March 26, 
2010 process options submitted by 
ICANN for public comment.

ICANN should vote to adopt the 
dissenting opinion of the Panel's 
Declaration on the basis that the 
Board thinks that the Panel's majority 
opinion was wrong and that the Board's 
conduct was consistent with ICANN's 
Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation.

Porn companies already violate 
Internet obscenity laws. They 
shouldn't be allowed on the Internet 
at all. They violate the Constitution 
by inhibiting people's ability for 
life, liberty, and the pursuit of 
happiness (destroying relationships is 
none of these) and they violate God's 
law by leading others into 
perversion. They'll burn in Hell for 
the things they are doing after 
they're gone, but ICANN cannot and 
should not give them any more fuel to 
burn in while they still breathe.

The XXX domain issue should die a 
quick and painful death, never to be 
heard from again.
