Re:     Public Comment:  Report of Possible Process Options for Further 
Consideration of the ICM Application for the .XXX sTLD

Dear Mr. Beckstrom,

In response to the open period for submitting public comments, I 
respectfully request that the Board proceed with the third option and vote 
to adopt the position of the dissenting opinion of the Panel on the basis 
that the Panel's majority opinion was wrong, and that the Board's conduct 
was consistent with ICANN's Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation.  To do 
otherwise and allow the ICM application to proceed would be the greater 
risk of harm to society.
