Drop the xxx domain

Dear ICANN,
I am very concerned that, in
establishing an xxx domain for
pornography, you will send the wrong
message -- that pornography is in fact
legal. It is not legal, and it's a
grave danger to women and children who
could become victims of those addicted.
Pornography should be prosecuted, not
allowed to adopt its own domain --
though many who should adopt xxx
probably won't. Pornography undermines
respect for women and children as human
beings and not objects for the lust of
others. Please take a strong stand
against pornography by prosecuting it.
I support Option #3 of the March 26,
2010 process options submitted by ICANN
for public comment.
ICANN sould vote to adopt the
dissenting opinion of the Panel's
Declaration on the basis that the Board
thinks that the Panel's majority
opinion was wrong and that the Board's
conduct was consistent with ICANN's
Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation.
Sincerely,
Barbara Kelley
