Option 3 for .xxx decision

Dear ICANN,
I support Option #3 of the March 26,
2010 process options submitted by ICANN
for public comment.
It is my belief that ICANN should vote
to adopt the dissenting opinion of the
Panel's Declaration on the basis that
the Board questions the accuracy of the
Panel's majority opinion and that the
Board's conduct was consistent with
ICANN's Bylaws and Articles of
Incorporation.
The approval of a .xxx domain can
promise nothing to secure the "cleaning
up" of the .com domain but will, most
likely, only make obscene material more
prevalent and more readily accessible to
the general public, including children
and those desiring to overcome porn
addictions.
Thank you for taking time to view the
concerns of the general population and
for your consideration of the
appropriateness of the matter in question.
Sincerely,
Catherine Chapman
