Dear ICANN,
I support Option #3 of the March 26,
2010 process options submitted by
ICANN for public comment.
ICANN should vote to adopt the
dissenting opinion of the Panel's
Declaration on the basis that the
Board thinks that the Panel's majority
opinion was wrong and that the Board's
conduct was consistent with ICANN's
Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation.

It's really quite simple.
Without a law to force porn sites to
the .xxx domain, you're not moving
anything anywhere--you're simply
allowing a sordid business room to
grow. Why is this even discussed
without the assumption that there will
be a law to force porn sites to this
domain? It seems completely void of
purpose. Surely the people in charge
can see this. As it stands, this must
not come to pass. This cancerous
disease must not be given more room to
spread.
