Dear ICANN,

I support Option #3 of the March 26,
2010 process options submitted by ICANN
for public comment.

ICANN should vote to adopt the
dissenting opinion of the Panel's
Declaration on the basis that the Board
thinks that the Panel's majority opinion
was wrong and that the Board's conduct
was consistent with ICANN's Bylaws and
Articles of Incorporation.

Additionally, I believe that IF the .xxx
sTLD is approved that it should be
contingent on ALL XXX web sites be
REQUIRED to move to the new sTLD. That
ALL XXX web sites be required to vacate
the current .COM domains, and if they
have not complied with this requirement
within 1 year penalties will be
assessed. And if, after two years they
are still not in compliance, access to
their .COM domains will be shut down.
