Pornography domain? Bad idea

Dear ICANN,

I support Option #3 of the March 26, 
2010 process options submitted by ICANN 
for public comment.

ICANN should vote to adopt the 
dissenting opinion of the Panel's 
Declaration on the basis that the Board 
thinks that the Panel's majority 
opinion was wrong and that the Board's 
conduct was consistent with ICANN's 
Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation.

We've got too much porn on the net 
already. If there were technical AND 
legal means to force porn to ONLY be on 
a porn domain AND a way to limit access 
to that domain, then it might work. 
But just adding a new porn domain with 
no such technical or legal safegaurds 
will just lead to the internet going 
the way of CB...
