Dear ICANN,
I support Option #3 of the March 26,
2010 process options submitted by
ICANN for public comment.
ICANN should vote to adopt the
dissenting opinion of the Panel's
Declaration on the basis that the
Board thinks that the Panel's majority
opinion was wrong and that the Board's
conduct was consistent with ICANN's
Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation.
There is no guarantee that porn
producers will all move to the new
site, leaving the .com and other sites
open to porn use and access. Also,
until there are strict guidelines on
access and coordination with site-
blocking utilities to protect the
underage or block sites based on
location (such as public libraries), I
don't think moving to another domain
will do any good whatsoever.
Let them stay where they are under
today's restrictions until
these 'producers' produce some
protection for me and my children.
Sincerely,
Melissa Lewis
