Dear ICANN,
I support Option #3 of the March 26, 2010 process options submitted by
ICANN for public comment.
ICANN should vote to adopt the dissenting opinion of the Panel's
Declaration on the basis that the Board thinks that the Panel’s majority
opinion was
wrong and that the Board’s conduct was consistent with ICANN's Bylaws and
Articles of Incorporation.
While the carefully worded document outlining process options is very clear
in presenting the options, it provided no inkling of the actual subject
under discussion. And in true politically correct language all the options
are spelled out without any discussion of the actual request and its impact
on the world.
Well Hooray for the dissenting opinion! I would urge the board members to
act with honor, integrity and a sense of morality. I would request that
the board damn the politically correct process and declare that amoral
sponsorship of top level domains will never be processed.
