Dear ICANN,
I support Option #3 of the March 26,
2010 process options submitted by
ICANN for public comment.
ICANN should vote to adopt the
dissenting opinion of the Panel's
Declaration on the basis that the
Board thinks that the Panel's majority
opinion was wrong and that the Board's
conduct was consistent with ICANN's
Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation.
The .XXX domain would only add a no-
holds-barred "hard/super-p*rn" site to
the internet, doing nothing to
discourage or remove such "softer-
p*rn" materials from the internet
overall. It will further degenerate
the moral fiber of our nation, further
corrupt the values of our (and YOUR)
children. Those who support adding
p*rn to the environment would do well
to meditate on the statement in the
Bible that says that anyone who would
scandalize one of our children would
do better to have a millstone tied
around his neck and be thrown into the
sea. Take a hard look at the great
amount of child abuse appearing in
today's news and ask yourself if you,
as a parent or grandparent, want to be
considered a supporter of such an
atrocity.
Sincerely,
Marvin Schulgen
