Dear ICANN,
Our rapidly changing world simply
cannot be allowed to go without checks
and balances. The internet is a
valuable source of information and
should be kept in check by regulating
contents that are appropriate for the
general welfare of societies.
Exploiting materials should be
governed as to extent of harm it
places on our communities.
Pornography has been directly linked
to rape, incest, violent crimes and
human trafficking. Given the
authority to have an impact on
reducing these crimes or possibly
enabling them has a historical value.
I sincerely hope you will take the
initiative to do your very best to
help prevent and even protect our
society from such tragedies.
I support Option #3 of the March 26,
2010 process options submitted by
ICANN for public comment.
ICANN should vote to adopt the
dissenting opinion of the Panel's
Declaration on the basis that the
Board thinks that the Panel's majority
opinion was wrong and that the Board's
conduct was consistent with ICANN's
Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation.
Sincerely,
Shea' Junker
