Dear IDN Guidelines Revision WG,
I think it will be worthwhile to include a recommendation for
registries/registrars to warn registrants about the IDN technology,
regarding its lack of global support in clients by now, specially in
the email client/servers area.
It could be a clear disclaimer presented in some step of the
registration process.
We adopted IDN in 2005 for .CL, and already had a claim in courts
from an unsatisfied registrant who felt disappointed about this.
