There is absolutely no mention, anywhere in the document, of why there
is a need to test anything. After all, IDN labels are labels like the
others. Processing is done only in the applications, not in the
nameservers, not in the resolvers.

We will not test anything before ".me" and ".rs" will be
delegated. Why testing IDN?
