Support for NSI's statement

Dear all,

CORE supports NSI's statement. It does not make much sense to
approve those agreements while the "model" .com agreement seems to be
at least problematic in the eyes of the DoC. 
While many registrars are tired of repeating the same comments over
and over, it is logical that the same issues that have been raised
during the .com agreement extension phase are still valid in the
context of the other agreement.

This comment adresses all three agreements.
