Pricing of .info Registry services

What can be the justification for this, besides 
someone wanting to get rich at another's
expense, by providing the same service as before? 
Something in this just doesn't pass
the sunshine test. And is it *really* in ICANN's 
best interest, given the potential adverse
press and possible governmental investigative action?
