The attached Statement was drafted by James Seng, member of the ALAC and published for comments by the At-Large community on 1 March 2011. The first revision of the Statement (the attached version) is based on comments received from the Chair of the ALAC Olivier Crépin-Leblond. The vote resulted in the ALAC endorsing the resolution with 10-0 votes and no abstentions.
